The randomized lottery ensures everyone an equal chance at receiving their first or second choices for workshops. To be included in the workshop lottery, mailed-in forms and payments must be postmarked by April 18, and online registrations and payments must be completed by April 23. <title>Zimfest 2008: July 4-6 in Tacoma</title>
<description><![CDATA[September 8: At the village meeting during Zimfest 2007, the Zimfest 2008 organizing committee announced the date and location and discussed other aspects of their plan for next year's festival. Zimfest 2008 will be held July 4-6 at the beautiful campus of <a href="http://www.plu.edu">Pacific Lutheran University</a> in Tacoma, Washington, with Prefest on Thursday, July 3. Randy McIntosh and Amy Stewart informed us of progress toward hosting Zimfest 2009 in Boulder, Colorado. An organizing committee has not yet applied with an offer to host Zimfest 2010; interested parties can <a href="http://www.zimfest.org/contact.html">contact</a> the Zimfest Association board.]]></description>
