Introduction to Chipendani

Learn the basics of playing the Chipendani, a one-stringed mouth bow from Zimbabwe. Students will cover the basics of plucking, singing, and overtones for a traditional song. This class may be taken more than once or participants can follow-up with More Chipendani in session #4.

Materials: Chipendani provided, but bring one if you can. Audio and video recording allowed.
