Corrections

The print and/or PDF versions of the Registration Guide include the following errors (all web pages have been corrected):

• On the Attendance-Reservation Form (print and original PDF versions only), Package D offers camping beginning Saturday through Sunday at midnight (not Sunday morning).
• Erica Azim’s Shumba mbira workshop is at the Advanced Beginning level. It was incorrectly listed as Beginning. The correction has not been made yet in the listings on the web site.

Changes

May 10

Festival camping packages C and D now provide additional options for which nights and days are included. See Festival Packages & Prices or Online Registration. We’ve posted a revised version of the Registration Guide PDF that includes a revised Attendance-Reservation Form (page A).

May 12

Unfortunately, Thabo Nkomo will not be joining us at Zimfest 2006, because he was not granted a visa for 2006. The embassy encouraged him to apply again next year when he will have permanent worker status in the UK. The two workshops Thabo was going to teach have been cancelled.

June 26

Several workshop changes have been made. See the June 26 Festival Update.

June 29

We are excited that Garadziva Chigamba can join us. We have added two workshops and changed another. See the June 29 Festival Update.

July 4

Two workshops have been cancelled due to low enrollment. See the July 4 Festival Update.

July 13

One workshop has been cancelled and three added. See the July 13 Festival Update.
